Payzone offers consumers the utmost in convenient access. The payzone payment network covers the length and breadth of the UK. All packages are sent within 24 hours from the payment entering. This could last longer during Christmas and Valentine’s time. Purchasing several pieces are completed and sent in one package. Receiving the package must be signed. All our packages are packed professionally. Each parcel is packed in carton or bubble envelope, which protects the goods from damaging. Each package is also protected with a safe tape and the bill is included in it, apart from the ‘gifts’ (extra 7 pounds). The orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Returning the purchases within 14 days from receiving them is guaranteed. Stocking pieces cannot be returned. Returns are responsibility of customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded Delivery). Exclusivelingerie.uk.comwill not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post. Delivery expenses connected with wrong ordering execution and faulty goods are paid by Exclusivelingerie.uk.com. If size is wrong or the customer is just not satisfied with not real reason, he/ she pays the delivery expenses. Please, send the goods in the box to prevent any damage of goods or original box. All the parcels in damaged producer wrapping will be reduced by 15 % for each damaged box or lack of it. All parcels packed incorrectly and damaged during posting will be sent to the customer at the expense of her/him. Please remember to pack and wrap very carefully and protect it from any damage. Ornamental box is a service and is not returned. Returning or changing it, please do not send the ornamental box.
